This remote control kit is tailored for Hampton Bay and Hunter fans, but it is also compatible with most standard 3-speed AC ceiling fans, including brands like Honeywell, Westinghouse, Home Decorators Collection, and Minka Aire. The remote features a green luminous button made from fluorescent material to help you locate it in the dark.

Equipped with a dimming function, this remote works with incandescent bulbs and select dimmable LEDs. However, many LED lights and all CFLs are non-dimmable; when used with these, the dimming feature will only support ON/OFF functionality and may lead to flickering. To adjust the UP and DOWN LIGHT dimming, press and hold the button; a short press will turn the light on or off. Please note that a 9V battery is not included, and this remote is not recommended for hugger-style ceiling fans.

Ceiling Fan Remote Control with Light Dimmer

Adding a remote control to your ceiling fan can significantly enhance convenience. This remote allows you to regulate your fan's speed and light brightness individually. The HD6 remote offers three speed options—high, medium, and low—and an off setting. Please note that this remote does not feature a reverse function. Easy Remote Control Setup

1. Ensure the same codes are configured on both the transmitter and the receiver.
2. There are 16 different frequencies available for both the receiver and transmitter.
3. The default setting is 0000, which is not recommended.

Tips:
The remote control's four DIP switches are located in the battery compartment, hidden behind the battery slot.

Important Notes

1. If your ceiling fan has pull chain switches, first set the fan speed to maximum and turn the fan light on using the pull chain before utilizing the wireless remote. This will allow both control methods to function together.

2. If you have multiple ceiling fans at home, ensure that each fan has different PIN code settings. Otherwise, you risk accidentally activating a fan in another room when using the remote.
